Stefan Schreiter

Managing Partner

Stefan Schreiter has around 35 years of experience in finance and investments. At SSC Capital, he brings extensive expertise particularly in mergers & acquisitions, financing and investment matters.

Between 1998 and 2016, he held senior CEO and CFO roles at private equity companies, in some cases as a co-owner. During this period, he was responsible for numerous transactions, restructurings and growth initiatives in Germany and internationally.

Since 2015, he has been active as a co-shareholder and supervisory board member in various companies and advises entrepreneurs and investors on financing, business development and exit strategy.

Björn Hold

Managing Director

Björn Hold has many years of experience as a CEO and CFO across different industries. He has built companies and led them through phases of growth, restructuring and organisational realignment.

His core areas are controlling, finance and legal topics as well as operational and strategic business development. His work combines analytical precision, entrepreneurial decision-making and disciplined execution.

At SSC Capital, he plays a key role in corporate finance, transformation and special situations.

Senior Consultant

Ariadne Schreiter has many years of management and consulting experience at the intersection of strategy, organisation and leadership. As a business economist with a focus on business psychology, she supports companies and executives particularly during phases of strategic realignment, transformation and reorganisation.

Her focus is on the structured analysis of decision-making and leadership structures and on safeguarding sustainable entrepreneurial capacity to act.

At SSC Capital, she is primarily responsible for Organizational & Leadership and supports mandates with this focus.
