Stefan Schreiter has around 35 years of professional experience in finance and private equity. He combines transaction experience with an entrepreneurial perspective on financing, investment structures and value creation for entrepreneurs, shareholders and investors.
Between 1998 and 2016, Stefan Schreiter served as CEO and CFO in senior positions at private equity companies, in some cases also as co-owner. During this period, he was responsible for numerous transactions, restructurings and growth initiatives in Germany and internationally.
Since 2015, he has been active as a co-shareholder and supervisory board member in several companies and advises entrepreneurs and investors on financing, corporate development and exit strategies. At SSC Capital, his focus is particularly on M&A, private equity, financing and investment solutions.
