Ariadne Schreiter has many years of management and consulting experience at the intersection of strategy, organisation and leadership. With a background in business administration and business psychology, she supports companies and executives particularly during strategic realignment, transformation and reorganisation.

Her focus is on the structured analysis of decision-making and leadership structures and on strengthening sustainable organisational capacity. She combines organisational design with leadership and change processes.

At SSC Capital, Ariadne Schreiter is particularly responsible for the Organizational & Leadership area and supports mandates with this focus – from analysing existing structures to designing and implementing transformation initiatives.
